Vice President Joe Biden gave the Internet a chuckle today, saying “I promise you, the President has a big stick.” Of course, he was referencing Teddy Roosevelt’s famous phrase, “speak softly and carry a big stick,” and was making a point about the differences in Romney’s and Obama’s foreign policy attitudes.
