Ann Curry Departs “Today” Show With Teary Farewell (VIDEO)

“I have loved you, and I have wanted to give you the world,” said “Today” co-host Ann Curry during an emotional farewell on Thursday morning. She departed as co-hosts Matt Lauer, Natalie Morales and Al Roker remembered her best moments at “Today” and her skills as a journalist.

“For all of you who saw me as a groundbreaker, I’m sorry I couldn’t carry the ball over the finish line but man, I did try,” Curry said crying.
