Animated ‘Golden Girls’ Remake With Retired Super Heroes (VIDEO)

What happens when four superfriends retire and move to Miami to share a ranch style home? Art director, designer, and animator Kevin Bapp proposes this pilot to Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, adding “if I knew anyone who worked there, and if all the licenses could be obtained.”

Though it may never happen, a remake of Susan Harris’ famous ’80s sitcom starring Bea Arthur, Betty White, Rue McClanahan and Estelle Getty — but instead following the riveting adventures of the elderly Aquaman, Superman, Batman, and Robin — sounds kind of hilarious.
