Cat Climbs On Reporter During Live Shot (VIDEO)

Nicole DiDonato’s live stand up got an unexpected visitor on Thursday after a cat climbed on her shoulder during a teaser shoot for a local Fox affiliate in Grand Rapids, Mich. The curious feline spooked DiDonato, but she played it cool and ended up making the cat look like an awesome shoulder accessory. The cat came back during a second shot before finally satisfying its curiosity. No word on whether the cat is part of the recently heralded “News Cat Gifs” Tumblr, which features kitten gifs to express the everyday perils, joys and experiences of journalists.

She described the experience to a friend via her Twitter account, @NicoleDFOX17:
