Cookie Monster Latest To Parody “Call Me Maybe” With “Share It Maybe”

The Cookie Monster has released the latest “Call Me Maybe” viral parody, “Share It Maybe,” and just like the title implies it’s plea from the blue monster to share the goodies. The video was uploaded on Monday, via Sesame Street’s official YouTube channel. The video actually seems to pay homage to Jimmy Fallon’s performance with Carly Rae Jepsen on his show last month, which featured Fallon and The Roots using basic instruments to play the hit single. The video features Cookie Monster in a room with people using some of the same instruments used in the Fallon version.
