Guest Pulls Gun Out During Jordan Public Affairs Show (VIDEO)

American political talk shows get bad, ugly even. There’s arguing, with the occasional yelling and shouting match that viewers always crave, but it’s child’s play compared to what happened during a public affairs show in Jordan. As TV Newser reports, the clips above is from a show aired on Jordanian cable news channel called Jo Sat TV. At the 1:34 mark, words are no longer sufficient for the Minster of Parliament, who rises from his chair and flings a shoe at the guest seated opposite of him. But of course that’s just the beginning. As the other guest stumbles to stay clear of the shoe, he flips the desk over as the Minster takes a out a small, silver revolver. The audio cuts off, and there’s some pushing and shoving. Thankfully, it appears the gun never goes off.
