Watch 15 Minutes Worth of Fireworks Go Off in 30 Seconds (VIDEO)

The highly anticipated Big Bay Boom Firework Show in San Diego fell prey to some technical difficulties during the 2012 Independence Day celebration.

Due to a technical problem, the entire stash of fireworks, which were prepared for the duration of a 15 minute show, all prematurely went off within a span of 30 seconds.

Spectators who came to watch the fireworks show were eventually told to go home as the event was cancelled…or because it already went off. Garden State Fireworks was hired by the Port District to run the event, but they did not supply a comment.

We can’t tell whether this is the coolest or most disappointing Glorietta Bay fireworks display ever.
