Having popped up on Reddit and in the YouTube trends this week, Carlton Draught‘s new “Beer Chase” television ad is racking up views quickly for its quirky humor and  good-guys — meaning the beer drinkers — win-in-the-end vibe.

The commercial tells a story of pure commitment — testing just how far people could go for the beer they love.

But what’s that whole “made from beer” bit at the end all about? Kind of dodgy.
