Brad Pitt in ‘Killing Them Softly’ Official Trailer (VIDEO)

Brad Pitt stars in The Weinstein Company’s latest crime drama, Killing Them Softly, adapted for today’s political sphere from George V. Higgins’ 1974 novel, Cogan’s Trade.

Andrew Dominik (The Assassination of Jesse James) directs Pitt, James Gandolfini, Ray Liotta, and Richard Jenkins in the film about a hitman’s enforcer who comes to Boston to investigate a heist of the mob’s assets.

Killing Them Softly premiered to rave reviews at the Cannes Film Festival this summer and it is set to hit theaters October 19.
