Kent State Linebacker Runs 58 Yards Towards the Wrong End Zone

‘s YouTube channel did the Internet the favor of uploading this football #fail clip, practically entitled, “Running the Wrong Way.”

Kent State linebacker Andre Parker was a bit too excited during his latest game against Towson’s Tigers — so much so that when he picked up a muffed punt, he ran the ball 58 yards towards the opponent’s end zone.

Thankfully for Parker, he was forced out of bounds by Towson’s players before he could reach the end of the field. According to ESPN, the ball was then brought back to the Tigers’ 7-yard line and the return did not count from game’s official statistics.

But it was fun while it lasted. As top commenter, bigrandy615 wrote, “Ruun forrest ruuunnnn!!!”
