Chuck Norris’ ‘Dire Warning for America’ in Light of Election

Pop culture icon and martial artist Chuck Norris took to the WND blog and his MrNorrisVideos YouTube channel to warn America of the pending ”1,000 years of darkness” that await the country if Obama is re-elected.

Joined by his wife, Gena, the famed action star uses the two-minute video to call upon conservative voters — namely apathetic evangelical Christians — to prevent the country from veering towards “socialism or something much worse.”

“If we look to history, our great country and freedom are under attack,” Norris says. “We’re at a tipping point and, quite possibly, our country as we know it may be lost forever if we don’t change the course in which our country is headed.”

Both go on to quote Ronald Reagan, with Gina stating, “You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the first step into 1,000 years of darkness.”

Norris concludes the PSA by urging viewers to “Please stand with us. Let’s unite for God and country and and may God continue to bless the United State of America,” he says. “See you at the polls.”
