Tyler Oakley Launches Talk Show With a Little Help from Ellen

The Ellen Digital Network gives the YouTuber his latest major role off of the platform.

  • Tyler Oakley, YouTuber and social media superstar, has launched a talk show with the Ellen Digital Network, reports Variety. The project was created by Ellen DeGeneres and Oakley, and is the first part of their multi-platform partnership, which will include more content. Tyler Oakley has always had the ability to draw big names, like we saw in person at the premiere of his documentary Snervous.

Oakley’s show premiered earlier this week on EllenTube, with the first episode available above. In the episode, Oakley plays games like "Bowl of Questions" and "Word Association" with guests Celine Dion and Kerry Washington. Ellen herself joined the show to discuss a signature sign off for Oakley.

Upcoming reported guests for The Tyler Oakley Show include Kristin Bell, Seth Rogen, Democratic VP candidate Tim Kaine, Carrie Underwood, and Scott Eastwood.

Oakley, the best selling author of Binge, has 8 million YouTube subscribers and 22 million social media followers.
