Olan Rogers Announces Pickup of ‘Final Space’ Series in Emotional Video

Olan Rogers is a YouTuber and animation creator. His series Final Space was recently picked up straight to series by TBS. This comes after Rogers’ work reached Conan through his production company Conaco. So, if you weren’t Team Coco before, you may be now. Especially after he poured that good milk down the sink.

Rogers created the Final Space seven-minute pilot with help from his creative team. After receiving a co-sign from Conan, TBS picked up the series. Rogers will now have a series made for television, but in his announcement video (above), said he is not quitting YouTube.

The pilot features Gary, a member of an interplanetary police force, recovering after a battle. His friends are all gone, and the world has been lost. So he and his ship open up a wormhole, as the ship counts down towards self-destruct. The series will hopefully rejoin Gary from there.
