  • When you think of Hello Kitty you think of a cute little thing, a silent school child with a sunny attitude, wandering around with a sweet little bow on its head. Less so Aggretsuko, the Sanrio company’s new character who comes off a little more relatable than her kitten cousin*. Aggretsuko is a red panda. She works in an office where she hates her coworkers, worries she is mis-spending her 20’s, and we know all this because she sings it to the tune of heavy metal as she drinks with the coworkers she likes and ignores the coworkers who annoy her.

Aggretsuko is now starring in an anime in Japan, and let’s hope she comes to the West soon. What do you think of Aggretsuko? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter at @WhatsTrending.
