‘SNL’ Makes Fun of EDM Djs

Andy Samberg, the cast of ‘SNL’ and Lil Jon poked fun at EDM Djs for being paid big bucks to spin suspenseful bass-dropping electronic songs. This hilarious spoof on a typical EDM show features Samberg as a famous DJ named, ‘Davvincii,” who literally causes heads to explode. He hilariously multi-tasks while spinning the music, playing computer games, frying and egg and playing a game of Jenga. The course of the song is, “When will the bass drop?” Once the bass drops Lil Jon shouts, “Get turned up to death!” People get so turned up they literally die and if you’ve ever been to a Vegas EDM show this seems pretty accurate.
