Exposing Bad Customer Service

Having to call customer service is hassle people try to avoid. It’s every consumer’s nightmare to have to sit on the phone asking somebody for assistance, only to be left in the dark. In this video, Jack Vale sets up cameras to watch customer service to see what really happens when you’re put on hold.

What he found were workers who could not possibly care less about the customers on the line. Some didn’t bother checking for in-stock items while others feigned checking in an attempt to placate Vale. When he walked into the store to check for himself, all the items he asked for were in-stock.
