Pranking Cops Has Never Been This Fun

At the Made In America music festival this past weekend, Jesse from BFvsGF and his friend decided to have some fun and play a few pranks on police officers.

They pretend to be spray painting graffiti all over the streets of Philadelphia, making the sound of the can with their mouths, but really using water bottles.
