Watch This Russian Junior Table Tennis Match Turn Violent

This is the Singles Finals of the Kalashnikov Tournament between Vladislav Starodumov and Dmitry Melnichenko.

Melnichenko loses, shakes his opponents hand, approaches the referee, and then shoves him to the ground. Why? It’s unclear from the video, but we can surmise that Melnichenko doubted one or more of the refs calls earlier in the game. At any rate, the ref stands up, moves toward Melnichenko, knocks his paddle of the table, and then goes back to his chair.

Amazingly, not a single person, adult or child, makes any move toward Melnichenko who could have concussed the ref, or worse.

Shit just got serious, y’all.
