Do not adjust your screen. You are not hearing things. This really is a tropical bird that sounds exactly — exactly — like a computer.

Shot at the Criadouo Onca Pintada, a jaguar breeding project in Brazil, this bird is freaking us out! Those noises shouldn’t come out of a living creature! Even the Apple Watch isn’t this weird. We haven’t spent a lot of time in South American jungles, but it’s hard to imagine something weirder than this coming out of the trees. We’d rather encounter an actual jaguar than this cyborg cy-bird creature.
