The Queen's Guard are supposed to be the best of the best. Her Majesty's life is in their hands. They can't afford any slip-ups at the job.
Except this one.
One of Buckingham Palace's finest participated in the regular changing of the guard, only to slip on a manhole and take a very public tumble. The worst part? He was coming on duty, so he had to stand their for hours in front of the crowd.
His fellow soldiers carried on as if nothing happened, of course. You would expect nothing less from the Queen's Guard. But is that the ghost of a smile on our fallen friends face?
