Actor-comedian Peter Gilroy takes down the “YouTube Inspirational Video” genre with his latest release for Nacho Punch. Anything can sound deep if you say it with enough dramatic pauses!

As Gilroy points out at the beginning of the video, “The average person spends a year of their life watching inspirational YouTube videos.” That is, of course, not true. But he sure does sell it! It’s a pitch-perfect spoof of the entire genre of inspirational videos. Why is animated on-screen text so effective? We have no idea. But we’re inspired! Inspired to do… something. Eat nachos maybe?
