  • For those of you with more delicate sensibilities, may I suggest you head over to this cute post about a kitty. For everyone else, our childhoods are about to get a lot darker.

I’m not sure who came up with this Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes campaign but whoever you are, may I commend you for making one of the creepiest cereal mascots even creepier (just in time for Halloween, no less).

Obviously, the campaign is not actually being put on by Kellogg’s. The premise is this: all the kids Tony the Tiger used to assist have all grown up into the disturbed adults they were destined to be and all Tony wants to do is help. Whether that help is cheering on one of the “kids” through a suicide bombing or pumping up one of the girls right before she sleeps with her “John,” Tony stands by and encourages them through it all.

The videos for the fake ad campaign started popping up about a week ago. It has its own website, and hashtag: #TonyisBack. At one point there was even an official Facebook and Twitter account, but they were recently removed by the official Kellogg’s brand.

I wonder if the next video is going to address how Kellogg’s Corn Flakes were created as a cure for masturbation.

Hope you sleep well tonight, everyone!
