Riverside High School dude Josh Holz took a series of videos of his buddy Daniel Lara, some of which show him wearing white Vans, all of them featuring the same catchphrase, “Damn, Daniel.”
Nobody really knows why, but this just became too hilarious to ignore. In the few days since the video was first tweeted, it’s received over 239,000 retweets and nearly 300,000 likes. Now that they’re famous, it’s safe to say Daniel and Josh are experiencing dangerous levels of stokage.

The trend should give people who are still yelling “What are those?!?!?!” at their friends’ shoes something to do for the next month or so, and you’ll be able to see Daniel and Josh on Ellen next week. It’s not booked yet, we just assume.
And I would hope Ellen doesn’t miss a chance to say, “Damn Daniel, back at it again with the white Vans.”
