A large part of the world Mad Max: Fury Road is set in revolves around traveling to get more gas. In giant, fire-shooting vehicles that use up a lot of gas. Seth Meyers tackles this head on in this fun parody in which he plays a hippie war boy just trying to spread the truth of climate change and the usefulness of alternative energy sources to his fellow war boys. Sure, Reasonable Max: Calm Road wouldn't have been nearly as visually striking, but can you imagine how much money they'd have saved? Not to mention natural resources. Hey, maybe if you aren't throwing fire around all day, there would actually be grass growing somewhere!
Just kidding, we're all doomed anyway.
