By action we mean she wrote this fantastic tongue and cheek Facebook post on the wall of the store she purchased the lettuce from.
Thus began an exchange for the record books, as Sainsbury social media representative, Ross, responded with the same level of witty sarcasm.

In the end, both the worm Jackie Chan and Leila received lovely gifts from Ross of Saisbury’s. They received a Netflix giftcard and a Sainsbury’s giftcard for their troubles.
