Twitter Mocks Guy Who Said "Bone Apple Tea" Instead of "Bon Appétit"

One guy's mistake has become the Internet's favorite hobby.

  • Bone apple tea? Bone app the teeth? Bon appétit?

Twitter never fails to capitalize on one's mistakes. Take Trump, for example. The man has dealt with plenty misfortunes and has fallen victim to plenty of Twitter trends - like this one where users planned out Trump TV.

Anyways, enough about Donald Trump. Something far more hilarious has been floating around Twitter. Back in August, a Facebook user posted a picture of his food with the caption "bone apple tea." Though everyone knew he was trying to say bon appétit , the mess-up became viral and has recently sparked a new trend on Twitter.

Instead of making fancy-looking meals, Twitter users are cooking up some odd creations and captioning them "bone apple tea," or "bone app the teeth." Here are a few of our favorites:

  • Spaghetti noodles + Ken doll = Chick-Ken-Nude-Doll soup:
