John Oliver’s Josh Gondelman Thinks Standard Deductions Are Boom-Shaka-Laka

Last Week Tonight (John Oliver’s new HBO show) posted 2 videos on their YouTube channel featuring Josh Gondelman.

These sketches are obviously poking fun at the recent Republican ads aimed at young adults and focus on the seemingly hipster Scott Greenberg. They play on the way the ads try to appeal to youth. Oliver’s versions of the ads even include key millennial slang such as “cha” and “cray cray.”
