“The Family Circus” Coming to TV?

For April Fools Day the YouTube channel ADHD posted this trailer for a “The Family Circus” animated show on Fox. This tailer makes me a bit nostalgic for reading the “funnies,” but it also points out how ridiculous it would be if this were an animated series. With classic lines like “Daddy likes cardigans because he can take them off without messing up his hair,” the jokes from “The Family Circus” may seem hilarious in print, but I don’t think they are quite ready for a show.
