Yes, floor-to-ceiling Post-It Note murals of superheroes are an incredibly badass way to brighten up a dull office – but alas, one day they have to come down before the adhesive wears off and the paper flutters to the carpet like sad autumn leaves.

But did these office workers just pull off handfuls of paper and throw it in the trash? Hell no – they brought a leaf blower in there and blasted the superheroes to bits.

Ben Brucker tells the full story of these murals here. “One day I just got so tired of how sterile and boring our office felt, I thought I should do something about it,” he said.

“We realized that painting would take a long time, and would be difficult to remove (we had the building facilities department to worry about), so we landed on post-its as a semi-cheap and fully temporary solution.”

After a bit of brainstorming, they came up with designs for Wonder Woman, Superman, Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Spider Man and Batman. The designs required a total of 8,024 post-its and people in the office volunteered to come in over the weekend to install them.
