  • The brand new iPhone 7 is finally here, with spiffy new features like dual cameras, a water and dust resistant surface and wireless headphones — so naturally, people on the internet are already trying to destroy it just for kicks and giggles. And nobody destroys things more spectacularly than the Hydraulic Press Channel.

Our favorite Finnish squishing enthusiast got his hands on the latest iPhone courtesy of Fonum, a company in Finland that specializes in fixing phones — though I don’t think they’re going to be able to put this one back together.

He set the phone upright in his trusty hydraulic press, and sure enough, it quickly shattered and bent under the pressure until all its fancy new innards came spilling out the sides, played over and over in brutal slow motion. Apple fans may want to shield their eyes or they’ll be scarred for life.

One thing in the phone’s favor, though: “We have some smoke but no fire, so I think the iPhone’s battery is quite safe!” Haha, take that, Samsung.
