  • Sometimes certain Twitter stories are just too good to believe, and sometimes, a little too spooky… take for example cartoonist Adam Ellis, aka @moby_dickhead, a man who may or may not be haunted by a ghost named “Dear David”. He describes first being visited by him during a moment of sleep paralysis — where your mind sees visions but your body can’t move because it’s still asleep — followed by a series of dreams he had where he was told that he was to be visited by a ghost named Dear David and could ask him two questions if he begins them with “Dear David”, but if he asks a third he will die and well — let’s let Adam explain.

  • Simple enough, right? But your logical mind in your dreams isn’t always the most rational…

  • So, having made a mistake, more or less, that if the roles of this ghost boy are true would result in his death, Adam begins to google accidents in stores concerning a David but has found nothing. He later moved into a bigger apartment above his own, but then something weird happened — his cats kept standing under the door, quietly meowing. Do they sense something? A ghost? A spirit? Adam keeps investigating…
