  • NYC foodies are all flocking to The Spotted Cheetah right now. Never heard of it? Well, that’s because it’s a special, three-day, Cheetos-inspired, pop-up restaurant! Damn. That’s a mouth full.

The restaurant — located on West Broadway at Franklin St. inside the Distilled gastropub — features menu items infused with all the Cheetos you can think of.

The menu was created by celebrity chef Anne Burrell and includes items such as Cheetos meatballs, Cheetos crusted fried pickles, and Flamin’ Hot and White Cheddar Mac n’ Cheetos! Want to know the best part? Each of the eleven menu items ranges from $8 to $22, so… you’re not really breaking your bank.

According to the New York Post, “most of those who dined at the restaurant on Tuesday night were surprised by how well made the dishes were.” One diner “thought it would be more cheesy inside,” but described the restaurant as a “serious dining experience with good service and, like, mood lighting.”

Why wouldn’t you want mood lighting with your Cheetos, bro? Go big or go home.

Though the restaurant was completely booked for it’s grand opening on Tuesday night, I would definitely try to snag a reservation before it’s too late! If you’re interested head over to the restaurant’s website — www.thespottedcheetah.com.

If only they would bring this to California…
