Get annoyed with automated messages instead of real people when it comes to costumer service? What would you do if you thought you weren’t even sending your order to an actual human being when you took a quick trip to grab fast food?
Someone filmed one McDonald’s employee using his best automated voice to spook costumers in line, and thanks to how hilarious it is, the video is blowing up. His voice is pretty convincing and could probably make me worry that technology has now even conquered the most sacred of costumer service: drive-thrus.
