Remember when DustFilms wowed us with their homemade “Star Trek Into Darkness” trailer back in January? Well, they’ve returned and teamed up with CineFix to release another DIY recreation of one of the hottest, most highly-anticipated films of 2013: “Iron Man 3.”
Director Dustin McLean channels his inner “genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist” in this shot-for-shot parody video, featuring himself as Tony Stark, Sarah Hummert as Pepper Potts, Jon O’Brien as The Mandarin, Steven Picke as Killian and Nick Walls as James Rhodes.
There are no special effects to be seen here – just lots of expertly used cardboard, paper, and string!
