When Russell Brand accepted the Oracle Award at the British GQ Men of the Year Awards last week, he took the opportunity to throw digs at the event sponsor, Hugo Boss, for his affiliation with the Nazis. Yeah, we’d say that’s controversial all right.
But Brand’s penchant for creating tension isn’t news to anyone. Just this year, he sparked debate after insulting MSNBC anchors on live TV and launching a stunt with the Westboro Baptist Church.
