New Zealand Troops Honor Fallen Soldiers With Traditional War Dance

    According to TVNZ, the Maori funeral haka, which is characterized by dramatic stomping, chanting, and marching, was performed at the Burnham Military Camp during a memorial service for Corporal Luke Tamatea, Lance Corporal Jacinda Baker and Private Richard Harris.

    Since the Defence Force shared the powerful video on Saturday, August 25, “2nd 1st farewell their fallen comrades with a huge haka” has reached almost 80,000 views.
