Weather.com meteorologist Jim Cantore took up the role of Storm Tracker this week, broadcasting from the dangerous path of Hurricane Isaac.
In the video above, the brave reporter finds himself unable to stand amidst the heavy rain and winds. He eventually gives in to the tumultuous weather by kneeling down on one knee and shielding his eyes with one hand — you know, the pose made famous by NFL quarterback Tim Tebow.
Once he realizes the tribute that he’s paying to the New York Giants’ new player, Cantore manages to joke in the middle of the hurricane: “For whatever it’s worth, I hope I’m making Tebow proud.”
