It’s a girl!
On Monday, September 17, 12-year-old dolphin Keo officially became a mommy when her first calf was born at Dolphin Quest in Hawaii.
The dqvideos1 YouTube channel caught the beautiful moment on camera as Dolphin Quest trainers positioned themselves in the water to observe and comfort the new dolphin mom.
Along with around 50 human spectators who gathered at the lagoon to take part, the new baby’s grandmother Pele and aunt Neolani were also present to keep Keo company.
