The video is posted to a channel called NYC BASE Jump that just has one video. It’s described as “B.A.S.E. Jump from the Freedom Tower at 3 a.m. on September 30, 2013.”

In the video, two figures jump from the tower using parachutes, land in the empty streets of New York, and stuff their parachutes in their backpacks. From sneaking into the building until landing, they get away with it.

What’s captured is illegal. And according to NewsDay, four people were arrested last night in connection to the video. Marko Markovich, 27, of Lake Ronkonkoma, Kyle Hartwell, 29, of East Patchogue, Andrew Rossig, 33, of upstate Slate Hill, and James Brady, 32, of Kings Park were charged with burglary and reckless endangerment among a slew of other charges for jumping from the 105-story building.

The lawyer for the group said their plan is to monetize the above video in some way, and donate the money to a 9/11-related charity.
