To the tune of Frank Sinatra’s classic “My Way,” Derek Jeter says his goodbyes to the Bronx in Gatorade’s new commercial, “Made In New York.”

Jeter, who will play his last home game on September 25, asks the driver to pull over on his way to Yankee Stadium so that he could greet kids on the street, fans in a bar and even the local garbage men.

He stops by Stan’s Sports Bar, a famous spot for Yankee fans, where the General Manager tells him that he’s been waiting for the 40-year-old ball player to walk in since he started working there in 1998.

Jeter responds in the best way possible… “you never invited me.”
