Kendrick Lamar, one of the biggest up and coming rap artists that's blowing up on the viral radar, stopped by to perform his single "Hiii Power" for our What's Trending Live audience.
Lamar's smooth flow is what earned him the honor "the new King of the West Coast," and praise from the industry's top players including Snoop Dogg and Game.
Lamar's new album, "Section 80" was his way to address the issues that affect people in the 24-year-old's age group. He drew inspiration from his family, experiences and his home city of Compton, California on the record. "It's an album really for my generation, that's where I got the title from. It represents everyone from 1980 to 2011."
