Remixing media is nothing new, but the nature of it means there are always endless ways for it to take some sort of different shape. Especially with the internet.
The latest remix of note the internet has popped out is a short film of sorts by Candice Drouet, who has taken the last words of 100 different films and tried to splice them together into various themes to create one pseudo-cohesive unit. The nature of editing clips from different films together means that it’s a little hard to keep up with, especially on an initial viewing, but it’s an interesting experiment for sure. But of course, be warned — there are many spoilers ahead.
