The Killing Joke is considered to be one of the darkest Batman comics of all time, and now it’s come to life in a dark animated film.
The movie stars all of our favorite Batman voice actors, included Mark Hamill as the Joker.
The one-shot comic was written in 1988 by Alan Moore, and is thought to be the best story of Joker and how he came to be. It’s also considered to be one of the most brutal Batman comics with intense and heavy violence.
Though the comic was supposed to be a stand-alone series, elements from the comic were incorporated into the main Batman storyline. It was also one of the few comics to draw a line of duality between Batman and Joker.
The movie, is naturally going straight to DVD, but has been highly anticipated after Hamill agreed he would voice Joker once more just for the film.
