  • Wes Anderson went on YouTube today to announce and discuss his new film, the stop motion animated movie Isle of Dogs, and it sounds ridiculously exciting with that classic Wes Anderson verve and Wes Anderson cast — including Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, and Ed Norton who pokes his head in to ask Wes Anderson to show off his incredible performance. Wes Anderson obliges and we get a little of this.

  • p>Sure, the dog doesn't actually talk, but look at those expressive eyes! In a movie called Isle of Dogs! They live on an island! This will be a masterpiece!

Wes Anderson is also raffling off a role in Isle of Dogs which could be played by — you!?!?! In order to enter it you have to buy a $10 raffle ticket on CrowdRise, and the proceeds go to The Film Foundation which is dedicated to restoring old movies.

If I get a dog part, I'm going to make the dog say "woof", the only things a talking dog should say! Just call me a traditionalist I guess!
