Warren Beatty took the stage to read the Best Picture winner and proclaimed “La La Land”. Hearts broke across America, but then! A twist. One of the winners turns around and proclaims there’s been a mistake. And there was! Warren Beatty read the wrong envelope! He read the one for best actress! The winner was in fact— MOONLIGHT!

Yes, Moonlight! The audience favorite beat out La La Land! But what the heck happened here!? Why did La La Land win for Best Picture for a second!? Jeez!
