Christina Grimmie was a fantastically talented young singer and songwriter before her tragic passing in June 2016. The tributes to Grimmie have come and gone. But her memory has not faded.
Grimmie’s family released a new music video for the song “Snow White” off of her February EP Side A exclusively on Billboard. The video is the first in a four-part series titled The Ballad of Jessica Blue, a series which will see new installments every week this August.
The video, which was filmed before Grimmie’s death, features a character played by Grimmie named Jessica Blue, who, according to Billboard, “is struggling with her art and her boyfriend and looks to her friends for advice.”
We welcome these last few opportunities to appreciate everything that Christina Grimmie gave to the world, and look forward to seeing the rest of the series. Thanks to the Grimmie family for its resilience in this time. We love and miss you, Christina.
