Every song could use some Nicki Minaj.

  • If you’ve been eagerly anticipating the release of the latest Ariana Grande music video, your wait has come to an end.

“Side to Side” is the third single from the pop diva’s Dangerous Woman album, following “Into You” and the song that gave the album its title. It features Nicki Minaj, as pretty much all good pop songs should, and is a pretty standard 21st century tune about a girl hooking up with a boy she and all her friends know she should probably stay away from.

The video was released shortly after Grande and Minaj performed the song at the MTV VMAs. It’s a steamy little thing, much like the song itself, following the girls and their friends as they work out all around a gym.

If you feel like the song’s missing something, it’s probably Jessie J. But not everything can be “Bang, Bang.”
