  • Gorillaz — Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett's brilliant animated pre and post apocalyptic animated rock band — has been making the internet rounds as of late, with every one of their stunts more incredible, bananas and brazenly mind bending than the last. There was of course their 360 degree music video for Saturnz Barz, and now they've done something unexpected — a live interview. If you think that's fine, consider this — they're cartoon characters, and as a wise Itchy and Scratchy animator once proclaimed — live cartoons are a pain on the animators' wrists.

  • Not so with the adventurous lads in Gorillaz! Witness in glory as Murdoc and 2D — two members of the animated band — answer interview questions, goof around, and answer actual live on air questions, just to prove there's no trickery! It's a fantastic clip, and hinting that the upcoming album — Hallelujah Money from it which can be heard above —will be incredible.

The new album Humanz will be released April 28th and is going to be a reflection of the new political climate we are in.
