Sad Songs Made Happy & Happy Songs Made Sad

The Gregory Brothers created a video that reversed the tones of popular songs. The song ‘Happy’ had a sarcastic, sad tone but was still matched with lyrics like, “Clap along if you feel like happiness is to you.” They made ‘Dark Horse’ with an up-beat tempo while they sang it in a room of balloons and bright colors. Although there is no auto-tuning– which is their speciality– the video is still a great satire on mainstream songs.
