Usually when songs are written for movies their music videos have clips from the movie, and sometimes the artists go into the world of the movie. However, this is the first one I’ve seen where the artist not only dives into the world, but seems to become one of the characters. The video for “Beating Heart” features some action filled clips from the actual movie, but it doesn’t stop there. Ellie Goulding is seen sporting a bird tattoo identical to Trice’s in the film and canoodling with a hottie somewhat resembling Theo James who plays Four in “Divergent.”
